About Ghost Films LLC

GHOST FILMS LLC. (the "LLC"), is a premier multiple motion picture development and production company. The LLC will fully develop and produce three (3) motion pictures each are described in the following sections. Each picture is currently in the process of completing development and each motion picture will be developed and produced for two million dollars each.

GHOST FILMS LLC is a synergistic combination of an entertainment media production and consulting business, experienced in product development and worldwide merchandising. As an independent motion picture development company, it will distributes both its and its clients' pictures through distributors in the U.S. and abroad, representing projects in foreign territories, and negotiating to license its U.S. ancillary rights direct to major distribution licensees. Consequently, each of the LLC's pictures will be developed in cooperation with, and according to, the criteria provided by the distributor that will carry out each picture's U.S. theatrical and world wide distribution.

GHOST FILMS LLC plans and manages the rights sales of each of its pictures. This process coordinates the U.S. and major foreign territory theatrical release early in the development and implements sophisticated long-range planning rights relationships to help identify all other potential revenue streams possible such as tie-ins to electronic games, publishing, merchandising and promotional items including subsequent publications. Direct ownership of each picture provides us with the marketing rights, and enhances our production quality, thus maximizes earnings, and provides fair, accurate and timely distributions of our continuing production interests.

Ric Johnson

Writer, Producer, Actor - has been involved in the entertainment business for over 20 years and has primarily specialized in music and interactive multimedia productions. He has authored and produced more than 20 published titles in the interactive multimedia software category. Ric has also been an avid writer and musician scoring numerous multimedia titles and original music productions. Ric has recently focused his industrial production efforts into the entertainment industry with the preproduction of four of his fourteen screenplays. Ric has also recently finished two pilot episodes for the new television series "So What's the Big Idea." On the music composition front, Ric has produced 10 albums of original works, including "Ricardo - Nylon Pistoles" the internationally acclaimed Latin Jazz CD. Aside from writing the screenplays for Ghost Films LLC, Ric will also be consulting with musicians for the soundtrack as well as penning the score.

A.J.Roberts

Has co-produced programs airing on PBS television as early as the 1980's including "World of Film", a 13 part mini-series with guest appearances by Sir Anthony Hopkins, Max Von Sydow and Klaus Maria Brandaur.

In the 90's, Roberts expanded to additional forms of media including book distribution into such outlets as Borders and Barnes and Noble as well as financing for various media projects. Prior to co-producing with Ghost Films LLC, Roberts has been active with foreign productions released primarily in the Spanish speaking market worldwide.

Nathan Huffman, J.D.

Is an entertainment attorney for Ghost Films LLC, handling foreign and domestic distribution, producer's representatives, the Screen Actors Guild, music licensing, state governmental financial incentives, as well as working as Associate Producer. Nathan received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies/Media Studies and Film from the University of Iowa, and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Southern Illinois University School of Law. Nathan has been inducted into the National Order of Barristers for exhibiting excellence in the art of courtroom advocacy, and has twice achieved quarterfinalist status at the Gibbons National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition held at Seton Hall University. Nathan has established contacts and relations in the entertainment industry including major recognizable stars.
